Iceland is a beautiful country to visit and one of the most unique when it comes to the most amazing places to see. This is exactly why I am always happy to share some of the best things to do on a first trip to Iceland. Reykjavík is renowned as the gateway to Iceland and the capital area is a beautiful base for exploring a great deal of the spectacular landscape. Spend your days exploring the geysers, waterfalls, and volcanic landscapes of the Golden Circle, and the famous Blue Lagoon, while hunting for the majestic Northern Lights at night. I loved Iceland but you’ll have to experience it yourself to truly understand it’s allure.
